We are committed to protecting the privacy of our client’s data. The Boxwood™ service keeps the anonymous information collected during the use of the service, private for our client’s use. The type of information collected depends upon our client’s criteria.
Our Clients
We collect email addresses and phone numbers to follow up on expressed interest in the Boxwood service, answer support inquiries, distribute product update information and marketing messages, and provide value added content regarding best practices and trends relative to online recruitment. Boxwood provides advanced analytics based on product, campaign, product-related media, and other marketing content entered into the Boxwood application directly by authorized client users. In addition, our servers collect information on products, usage, and customer behavior to enhance the effectiveness of client campaigns and to provide data for reporting and automated marketing and merchandising tools.
Visitors to Our Web Site
As is true of most Web sites, we also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We also use third party web beacon technology and cookies to collect and analyze information similar to that stored in our Web log files. This data is not tied to personal information, except as necessary to prevent abuse or fraud on our site and systems.
Mailing List Subscriber
We maintain a list of email addresses of individuals who may be interested in the Boxwood service for the purposes of distributing information about our services and providing useful information related to online marketing. To have your name removed from mailings please send an email to support@boxwoodtech.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject of the message. Email will only be sent to representatives of companies with whom we have a prior business relationship or who have "opted-in" or indicated their desire to receive these mailings.
How We Protect The Data
We employ industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring, receiving and storing consumer data. Access to data is applied using the standards below for the following constituent groups:
- Client authorized personnel may access data related to performance, merchandising, site usage and campaigns based upon tools provided by Boxwood.
- Client authorized personnel may add additional users and give them similar access rights. Additional user’s contact information may be used to maintain business communications with the client.
- Authorized Boxwood employees may access user and other site information to provide assistance in servicing your product.
Your Consent
Boxwood reserves the right to update our privacy policy to reflect changes, the means we use to collect information or the usage of collected information. When this occurs we make reasonable efforts to notify our clients, including posting a prominent notice on our site and/or via email. This policy was posted October, 2007. Your use of the Boxwood application signifies your assent to the Boxwood Privacy Policy.
